We will be closed for Japan's Golden Week Holidays from Saturday, May 2 to Wednesday, May 6.

  • Orders placed after April 30 will be shipped sequentially from May 8.
  • If you are in a hurry, please place your order as early as possible.
  • Please note that from May 8 to May 12, we will prioritize shipping, and we may not be able to respond to inquiries during this period.

Hi-1000ec.com specializes in genuine Japanese connectors (couplers), terminals, and automotive wires used in wire harnesses for Japanese cars and motorcycles.
We also welcome small-quantity orders.


Please note that we are closed every Saturday, Sunday, and on Japanese national holidays.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, year-round.


For orders placed by 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (GMT+9) on business days, we will photograph the items once they are prepared for shipment and send the images to your registered email address for confirmation.
If there are no issues, your order will be shipped on the next business day.


All shipments are sent from Japan via DHL.
Once the order has been dispatched, customs procedures must be handled directly between DHL and the customer.
If these procedures are not completed successfully, the package may be returned to us.
Please make sure to provide accurate email and phone contact information, as DHL may need to reach you.
If we cannot contact you and the package is returned to us, we will refund the only the product price, not the shipping cost.
